I had a smart watch...but I lost it. I need to cancel my account.
I go to the Microsoft website instructed in the email...when I select "Cancel" account, I get nothing. Well, I get something, but its useless. Really horrible website btw...not intuitive at all (and I'm usually pretty nice about critquing...)
I call the customer account number. Some guy who is very nice tells me that I can't cancel it there...he's going to transfer me to the right department.
I get to the new phone menu..."Welcome to MSN direct", and select "Smart Watch" and then "Cancel my account".
All right, talking to a real person again. She tells me I'm at the wrong department (?!). I'm being transferred...again.
Oh wait...no I'm not...she can't transfer me, so she gives me the number.

"Cancel your account, press 4"
Ok...new guy...this sounds promising. Excellent...got my account cancelled...pleasant, informative...exactly what I wanted the first time I called. ;)
