Longhorn Steakhouse

Longhorn continues to be one of my favorite restaurants.
Although the prices seem a bit inflated, I'm never disappointed with the food.
Any time I've had something (even slightly) wrong with the order, that item is removed from the ticket.

OK.  Today we ate lunch at the Longhorn at 4500 W. 119th Street in Overland Park.

We arrived right at noon; the restaurant was fairly crowded, but we were seated and served right away.
The server was Nathan.
I ordered the 10 oz. Salmon (from the dinner menu) and my lunch buddy ordered the Flo's Fillet.
We both "upcharged" to the fresh asparagus as a side dish and both had salad.  My dish also came with rice.

Nathan didn't even blink when we ordered from the dinner menu during lunch (some servers do blink ;) ).

My buddy's steak was a little over-cooked (ordered medium, but appeared well-done), but he said it was still very tender, flavorful and very edible (no complaint was issued).

Longhorn has the best Salmon I've found so far in the Kansas City area (even beating "The Bristol").
I frequent the Longhorn in Belton and now the one in O.P. will continue to receive my business.

The only suggestion I have for any server at Longhorn or any restaurant is:
If I'm drinking water, don't ask if I want a refill; just pour it.
